Our delivery policy

We regularly update our website database to avoid your placing an order for an out-of-stock title. When your order arrives we aim to post your books within 24 hours. If we can't post a title within a couple of days we will let you know by email. If there is a delay in supplying one or more books you order, we will generally send your books separately as they become available at no further cost to you. Your books will be carefully packed and sent by Australia Post as outlined below. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us by email, or by phone, fax or letter.

Writers Bookcase delivery hours are in line with Australia Post.

Delivery fees

Post & packing charges for all Australian addresses are (including GST) $5.00 for the first book and $3.00 for a second one. There is no further charge after two books (i.e. if you live in Australia, you pay a maximum of $8.00 no matter how many books you order). Most overseas customers will have there postage calculated automatically by our postage system. If your country is not on the list offered on the order page, please contact us.

Right to refuse service

Please note that Writers Bookcase reserves the right to refuse service to any customer.
