This provocative and sometimes humorous collection of essays written "by" college writing teachers "for" college writing teachers explores seldom-discussed issues to help TAs develop confidence in overcoming classroom challenges. Teachers, both seasoned and new to the profession, create a dialogue by sharing their rich and varied experiences and responses to classroom and department situations.Each Part presents 4 to 7 short essays by Adjuncts and TAs, focusing on their experiences and " lessons learned."
